Laughlin Ricks Architecture is an experienced multi generational firm with a solid reputation. Our experience includes new construction, replacements, modernizations, renovations, refurbishments, and additions.
Drawing upon his wealth of knowledge and experience gained working for various firms in the Magic Valley, Roger Laughlin opened his own practice in 1992. Building upon his expertise, Roger cultivated an environment of exceptional customer service at the best value.
In 2014 Colby Ricks joined the firm, returning to Idaho after 11 years in central Washington. In 2015 the firm became Laughlin Ricks Architecture, LLC, with Colby as the Principal in Charge.
Colby's expertise and diverse experience positioned Laughlin Ricks Architecture to expand into additional markets and services. He brings to bear considerable experience in programming,
cost estimating, budget tracking, pre-design through construction documents, and construction administration through project closeout.
Laughlin Ricks Architecture's scope of work primarily encompasses commercial building in, and around Twin Falls, Idaho, and across the Magic Valley. We take pride in providing efficient and timely drawings and plans for our clients to develop well-designed and functional buildings. We follow through with detailed oversight throughout the building phases.
Our portfolio represents a broad scope of project types including Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Residential, Medical, and Hospital.
Laughlin Ricks Architecture has close working relationships with excellent local engineering companies to provide requirements for complete structural, civil, electrical, and mechanical drawings and related services as needed.
